Butler started shooting The Stranger Within, a psychological thriller starring Estella Warr and William Baldwin on Mallorca in Spain in November 2011 She was part of the cast for Los Angeles of Treachery, which starred Michael Biehn. Filming began in Los Angeles on June 12 the 12th of June, 2012. Butler also co-starred alongside Michael Welch in 2013's horror film The Demented.
